This 478-page Viticulture book written by Hüseyin Kazım Kadri in 1912 is enough to emphasize how important this issue is for our country. Mr. Hüseyin Kazım Kadri, who also served as the director of the Agricultural Society, is one of the authority figures in agriculture.

This thick book aroused such interest and were so useful that its 2nd edition was printed. Mr. Hüseyin Kazım Kadri has written an encyclopedic book which discusses viticulture by giving the French equivalents of the terms in the literature. With relevant illustrations, he examined all agricultural issues, from sapling to vineyard, with details and their explanations in French.

The book is a scientific book for those who got formal education on the subject and want to understand the theory of it, rather than the villagers, farmers and growers.
