Shoulder frill worn by Carmen Miranda, with five layers of tulle superimposed in layers, the first in a beige tulle embroidered with gold sequins and rose. The other stripes in tulle sewn the lace of golden thread. Elastic bands at the top, forming ruffles. Metal clasp at the ends.
