Cream-coloured ball gown of cotton satin silk; crescent-shaped and circular appliqués, hand-embroidered with silver sequins.

Sub number 1: Waist with boat neckline with pleated unbleached organdy frill on the chest with metallic yarn, machine-embroidered and appliquéd cotton lace parts, closely fitted, centre front lightly cropped with one side worked organdy ruffle trim; rear centre hook-and-eye fastening, short narrow sleeves, lining: Unbleached cotton, waist band with hook-and-eye fastening, whalebone reinforcement.

Sub number 2: Panelled skirt, generous flare, deep box pleat at centre rear with pocket and hook-and-eye fastening, in train, hem with two plissé organdy volant frills.

Lining: Outer fabric worked on cotton, plissé organdy ruffle along the hem.
