Banqueting Menus

Folder of catering papers, including menus and room specifications. The south western wing of Alexandra Palace housed restaurants and catering facilities from construction in 1875. In later years the main catering spaces were known as the Edinburgh Room and the Alexandra Room, the rooms and wing were destroyed by fire in 1980. The bookings list contains reservations planned before the fire until 1981.
