This mold-blown basket amphoriskos is made of pale blue glass (appears green in some light). . Its teardrop-shaped body with a flattened base is decorated with a basket pattern. The seam mark indicates that this amphoriskos was blown in a two-part mold. The short cylindrical neck ends with a flaring mouth and lip folded inwards. Two small "floating" handles have been applied on the rim. The surface is iridescent on the inside and presents some brownish accretions around the handles.
