A tightly woven basket with flat lid featuring a repeating lizard motif on the body in bi-colored plant fiber. The body of the basket is narrow at the base, gradually widening towards the lid. Baskets made by Tohono O'odham people are made from natural fibers from Yucca, Beargrass, and Devil's Claw.
