Bateleur

An etching by the Namibian Artist Heinz Adolf Pulon (1930-1994) titled Bateleur. The work, created in 1987 was part of a large series done by the artist called Animals of South West Africa. Short Biography: Heinz Adolf Pulon was born in 1930 in Windhoek South West Africa, today Namibia. In 1951 he started his studies at the Academy for Fine Arts in Munich West Germany. Although Pulon exhibited right across the world he became one of Namibia’s most prominent artists. He passed away in 1996.
