Batik Lar Wanga

Batik tulis shawl with Lar Wanga motif with Ombak Banyu background motif. Lar Wanga means the fertility of rice fields for human life. Ombak Banyu or "waves of water" symbolizing the abundance of harvest like the waves. This shawl was made with traditional gedog weaving technique from Tuban.
