  • Notes: Moving along Onslow Rd I arrived at the Kowhai St intersection where there was a bin barricade complete with a Police cordon at the ready. It is clear that police ID number badges are clearly visible on lapels and no greatcoats are in view. Looking up Onslow Rd towards Eden Park I can see the Red Squad at LHS rear. The police cordon is waiting for the next well-rehearsed Patu phalanx charge towards them and the bin barricade, whether it would be a real attempt to break through the cordon or just another psych-out maneuver.
