Beautiful Day

Wang Mingming was born in Penglai, Shandong Province in 1952. He successively studied under the guidance of Wu Zuoren, Li Kuchan, Jiang Zhaohe, Liu Lingcang, Lu Shen, Zhou Sicong, Yao Duo and other famous artists to lay a solid foundation for his paintings. In 1978, he was admitted to the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts and was transferred to Beijing Academy of Painting in the same year to engage in professional creation. He was once deputy director of the counselor's Office of the State Council. He is currently the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee, the President of the Beijing Academy of Painting, the Vice-Chairman of the Chinese Artists Association, the Chairman of the Beijing Artists Association, the Vice-Chairman of the Beijing Literary Federation and the Vice-Chairman of the Chinese Painting Arts Committee of the Chinese Artists Association, and enjoys the special allowance of the State Council. In 2004, he was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Individual Who Made Outstanding Contributions to Capital Construction" by Beijing Municipal Committee. The main works are "Golden Dream", "Clear Dew", "Autumn Song", "Songquan Tea Party Map" and so on. He published Natural Mind - Wang Mingming's Collection of Flowers and Birds, Collection of Chinese Artists'Works, and Return to Nature.
