The surface of this beel was painted with pink distemper paint that was also used on all the furniture items in the kitchen of this house. The surface was ornamented with mirror work. At the centre of the beel, an aada (in-built cabinet) was built and covered with a wooden door that could be locked, indicating its use to store valuables.
