View of a city along a riverfront, as seen from the opposite bank of the river. Visible on the center right area of the image is a mosque that is topped with three large domes and two towering minarets. A number of ghats, or riverbank steps usually used for religious purposes, can be seen along the shore. Visible in the foreground are four native people with a herd of oxen.
