Photograph shows the main house and unidentified people touring the surrounding grounds of Berkeley, a plantation in Charles City County, Virginia. Benjamin Harrison, (ca. 1700-1745) commissioned the building of this house and it was the birthplace of his son Benjamin Harrison (d 1726-1791), Governor of Virginia from 1 December 1781, through 30 November 1784, and his grandson William Henry Harrison (1773-1841), ninth President of the United States.
