The Dutch game Niets aan te geven (Nets to Indicate) was published in England as "Contraband" and in the United States as "Smuggle." A combination board and card game, the object is to smuggle cards representing luggage over the national border without paying duty tax on them. One player acts as customs officer and players can accuse each other of smuggling. Legend says that Milton Bradley was hesitant to publish this game in the U.S. because it dealt with an illegal activity.
