Board game:Senet

LeRoy Howard worked at Parker Brothers game manufacturers in Salem, Massachusetts. He was promoted to the position of editor in 1933 by George Parker's son-in-law, Robert Barton. Howard served as the firm's only game designer and development manager for many years, and advised both Parker and Barton through the purchase and development of the game Monopoly. Howard helped develop other successes such as Clue! and Risk in later years, often relying on fellow Parker employees as play testers.

Parker Brothers' take on an ancient Egyptian game, Senet, was a collaboration with the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Parker designer LeRoy Howard received a patent for his design of the game and noted Egyptologists at the museum contributed to its design and play.
