Bombay High Court along Oval Maidan

Aerial view of Bombay High Court across the Oval Maidan. It was designed by John A Fuller in the Victorian Gothic style of architecture in the late 19th century. This iconic building features imposing turrets, large roof spans and arcaded corridors that underscore its monumental scale.

The High Court is flanked by two towers, the Reserve Bank of India building (left) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (right). This area is a commercial and banking hub. In the background, the bustling dockyards can be seen that heralded the commercial development of the city.
