Book of reason for mortgages, censuses and liens

The Mortgage Counties were established in 1768 until, with the Mortgage Law of 1861, they were replaced by the current Property Registers. The documentation that generated this institution in each province entered in the Provincial Historical Archives by virtue of the Decree of July 24, 1947 on Ordinance of Archives and Libraries and of the Historical-Documentary and Bibliographic Treasure.
