Border with narrow band in repeat pattern of birds in flight and geometric foliated forms from which three large rounded pendants are suspended. In each, a double-headed eagle surmounted by a crown and surrounded by foliated and floral forms. Border consists of smaller pendants, each composed of a single geometric motif.
