Bowling set:Pickwick Ten Pins

The sport and pastime of bowling, popular through much of the 19th and 20th centuries, fostered many home bowling and ten pin gaming sets. Charles Dickens's "Pickwick Papers" inspired the decorative theme of this particular late 19th century set, produced by the W.S. Reed Toy Company.
