19th century. Gold, silver, brass, silk, coarse cloth, yarn cord and leather strap2 sets, 10 pieces. Two yellow silk bridles, each with gilt brass cheek pieces, a yellow braided cord reign and under strap; two yellow silk breast collars, each with seven gilt silver embossed plaques and 4 butterfly-shaped discs connected with barleyâ pattern ring; Two cruppers, each with a brass knob-shaped jewel symbol on the crossed yellow silk straps and yellow fearnoughtpalmettes; and Two yellow silk caparisons with a yellow coarse cotton lining, many tasseled and tapered ribbons, each consisting of a shoulder cover and hindcover. These are, preferably, ornaments for the two horses, which are Precious Horse one of the seven auspicious symbols of the state, whereas the elephant is also included. The bigger-sized ornaments with the same design and knob-topped symbol of the elephant of Bogdkhaan is kept at the museum.
