Brooch

This pendant-brooch bears the mark of an unknown maker who was presumably an outworker employed by the Froment-Meurice firm. Shown by François-Désiré Froment-Meurice's widow at the Paris Universal Exhibition, 1855, from where it was purchased by the Museum.
