Beaded loin cloth/cache sex; yellow, blue and black triangles outlined in white extend down from waist, central horizontal band of red and yellow elongated diamonds, bottom band of yellow, black, red and blue triangles pointing up; warp elements folded over a gathering of multiple strands of cotton thread; beads strung on doubled warp elements in groups of two; warp elements split and alternate sharing with adjacent warp pairs after each addition of two beads; at the end of beading warp elements gathered into groups and passed through two larger cylindrical blue glass beads; two of these gatherings of warp ends knotted together and then knotted through a cowrie shell with its top cut off; fragments of cotton string at the bottom of the cowrie shells suggest that some other element may have been attachedor perhaps the shells were just strung together prior to being incorporated in the loin cloth; waist tie ends extending beyond beading are twisted together (2-ply) and knotted.
