Cap, Taokas tribe

This cap was worn during the local head inaugural ceremony. It is believed from the family of Da-Bing Hsieh. When the Shuang-Wen Lin rose in rebellion against the Qing dynasty, some Pingpu aborigines who helped to suppress the rebellion were rewarded. This cap was believed given to the Hsieh family.
