Black silk faille capelet with beading and ruffle collar; high-neck collar of double ruffle with black satin ribbon trim; four alternating hook and eye closures at collar; black glass beading and needle work applique of scrolling and foliate motif along opening and along entire hem; two hook and eye closures along opening; bead and needle work applique design at center back; lining of black taffeta.
