A printed copyright date of 1893 allows us to accuratly date this Parker card game. Komical Konversation Kards is just one variant of a common adult card game--a party ice-breaker of sorts. Questions and answers are printed on the game's cards. In this case, one color card for men, one for women. A man or a woman asks a question, and the partner of the opposit sex answers, drawn from the printed information on their cards. However, no order is specified so the answers amount to humorous nonsense. The game probably did work well as a party conversation-starter.
