Card in light color. Cover with frieze decoration in golden relief, bringing to the center roses also in relief, framed by gold decoration. On the back cover, printed: "10 novembrer 1915 Ball, Embassy of Japon" and above, flower in high relief. On the central pages, program with fifteen dances, being: 1 quadrille (country dance), 10 waltzes and 4 two steps; Female names written by pencil: Zaira (twice), Bebelle, Gabrielle and Luzia. Program attached to the card with a light green cord.
