Cover: background in pink with a man in Renaissance costumes playing a lute, leaning against a column with roses. Reservation in white with the date (2 December 1890), which has been crossed-out and replaced. On the back cover: ancient musical instruments among flowers and foliage. In the central pages, on top, handwritten by pen: "Feast for being Eve of St. Anthony at the home of the Andrade Bastos Family - S.Clemente street." The program with eighteen dances, being: 6 gangs, 5 polkas, 5 waltzes and 1 gallop; Female names written by pencil: Melle. Lameira, D.Laura (2), Mariquinhas. Handwritten by pencil: Schottisch D. Laura. White pencil with inscription "Carvalhaes and C.", attached to the card with a white cord.
