Celebration Time in Polish and European folklore - the permament exhibition; From Chopin to avant-garde Annex

Annex entitled “From Chopin to avant-garde” is an extensive introduction to the “Celebration Time” exhibition. It presents important, valuable historical testimonies, hidden thus far in the archives of The State Ethnographic Museum in Warsaw. For the first time ever, a large part of the folk musical instruments made it into the permanent exhibition; it includes instruments, which might have been heard by Frederic Chopin during his adolescence excursions into Mazovia.
