This is a ceramic bottle depicting a mythological scene of presentation of the cup between two of the most important gods Mochica. In one of the fronts of the piece, Radiant represents God, with his warrior helmet, crescent-shaped ornament or tumi, and rays coming out of his body. On the other front, it represents the God of Darkness and the inner world, night, and wet, wearing the crown, and wearing a headdress shaped front octopus and a snake that falls like a blanket over her back. Both characters have ornaments of power, such as large earrings, nose rings, pectorals. Under the arched handle, it represents a feline sacrificing a naked man with his hands tied behind his back and a rope around his neck. Around this action highlights the pitchers and the fruits of ulluchu (Guarea sp.), Fruit related to sacrificial context. (UH)

Esta es un botella de cerámica que representa una escena mitológica de presentación de la copa entre dos de los más importantes dioses Mochica. En uno de los frentes de la pieza, se representa al Dios Radiante, con su casco de guerrero, ornamento en forma de creciente o tumi, y rayos que sale de su cuerpo. En el otro frente, se representa al Dios de la Oscuridad y del mundo interior, nocturno, y húmedo, llevando la copa, y vistiendo un tocado frontal en forma de pulpo, y con una serpiente que cae como una mantilla por su espalda. Ambos personajes tienen ornamentos del poder, como las grandes orejeras, narigueras, pectorales. Bajo el asa en forma de arco, se representa a un felino sacrificando a un hombre desnudo que tienen las manos amarradas a la espalda y una soga al cuello. Alrededor de esta acción destacan los cántaros y los frutos del ulluchu (Guarea sp.), fruto relacionado al contexto sacrificial. (UH)
