Charge sheet issued to the suffragette Florence Haig ordering her to appear before Bow Street court. The sheet refers to the charge of causing wilful damage to D H Evans' Oxford Street department store. Florence's action of smashing one of the store's windows was undertaken as part of the Women's Social and Political Union (W.S.P.U.) window-smashing campaign of March 1912. At trial Florence was found guilty and received a sentence of four months' imprisonment in Holloway Gaol.
