Painting from the central part of the ceiling in Eksjö old church demolished in 1887. The motif shows Christ surrounded by men of various standings in life, all holding twigs with leaves. Christ is holding a cross carrying leaves. The painting was made by Jürgen Kunkel in 1687, and is probably based on an unknown engraving.
