Clara Maria González de Amezúa and her daughter María Llamas

Clara María was an avid traveler, daring entrepreneur, and keen ambassador for Spanish cuisine, she has left her mark with the creation of Alambique—a cooking school and kitchenware store that has played a key role in the evolution of cooking in Spain. Clara María's daughter María Llamas currently runs Alambique, although most of her daughters have spent time in the family business in one way or another.
