Collar of Honiton bobbin lace. High-necked with square-ended front tabs of bobbin lace. The pattern of roses, thistles and shamrocks is worked in cloth and half stitches with some wheat-ear fillings, raised veins and silky out-lining cordonnets. The parts of the pattern are linked by simple needle mesh.
