Completion of the Yerba Buena Tunnel

The far left and bottom right photographs clearly show the vertical walls and arched roof of the Yerba Buena tunnel prior to construction of the top deck. The top right photograph shows the western portal of the completed tunnel, on the San Francisco side of the island, a week after the bridge opened to the public.
