Inspiration for this art piece was adopted from the belief that self-assurance can be achieved from one’s ability to express their most unique qualities regardless of who's watching.

The subject, Gabrielle Timothy, was able to internally separate herself from the distractions of the outside world and allow the artist to capture her own display of confidence.
