Connecting the dots

Feastfairly is one of the initiatives promoted by Refettorio Felix to allow farmers to sell their underused products to restaurants all over the country. Chefs are then asked to use their creativity and design low-waste menus for their diners. The initiative is meant to raise awareness on the value and the potential of food surplus by actively connecting producers, chefs and diners in the fight against food waste.
