BRI: FRAN: ET HIB: REX; m.m. trefoil slipped. King on horseback to right, crowned and holding sword in right hand ; crowned rose on housings of horse. Rev. QVÆ DEVS CONIVNXIT NEMO SEPARET ; m.m. as on obv. Garnished shield with arms : 1 and 4, France and England quarterly ; 2, Scotland ; 3, Ireland. Wt. 458.7 grains (29.73 grams). Bequeathed by Miss M.
