Decorative - quillwork, wrapped . Ferrous metal, tin? cup w/ handle. Exterior is covered w/ wrapped quillwork in red w/ green & white rectangles, a blue seed bead is between each bar of quilling. Quilling is tied to the cup w/ leather thong ties under handle. A thin wire is wrapped around each bar of quilling in the center. There are 22 ferrous metal cone dangles w/ red plumes around cup base, a cone should hang from each bar of quilling.
