Basketry covered conch shell. Twined, using Wrapped twinign technique, warp & weft probably cedar bark w/ dyed grasses for design. Pointed base is purple, 2 bands red, each 3 rows weft; purple on either side of sm orange diamonds; 2 bands red, each 3 rows & a wide band of orange bordered by purple on both sides.
