In its judgment of Hans Fritzsche, who had overseen the broadcast activities of the Ministry of Propaganda, the Tribunal found no evidence that his own antisemitic programs called for the annihilation of the Jews and thus did not constitute a “crime against humanity.” He was found not guilty.
