Design elements on tracing paper

This item is actually three pieces of tracing paper stuck together. Each sheet features suggested designs ideas, which can be overlaid a grid outline of a banknote. This design work was during initial research for the £5 Bank of England note featuring the Duke of Wellington, issued in 1971.
