Historically, game producers seldom marked games with the name of the game inventor. This is not always true, however. Parker Brothers' 1910 game "Pushkins or Roley Poley" bears the name of its inventor, Isabel W. Brown. Brown devised a party game; it is also a dexterity game. Teams race to push pegs along a length of rope, and they must be passed hand-to-hand. The game's box cover shows well-dressed young people playing it.
