Display table

Rectangular pair of carved and gilded display cases. Sloping glazed and hinged top. The frieze is decorated in a repeating foliate pattern with baskets of fruit at the corners. Legs carved as winged femal herms; four curved stretchers conjoining as a pair of eagles; gadrooned pad feet. Probably delivered as a pair of marble top tables; later reconstruction to include the glazed cases.
