Doll

Collectors recognize bebe dolls made by Petit & Dumontier by their distinctive hands made of metal and their composition and wood bodies with limbs that seem too long in proportion to the size of the doll head. Petit & Dumont used heads made by Gaultier, and these heads appear with plump, round shapes and a close positioning of the eyes. The company operated in Paris from 1878 to 1890.
