doll | play set: Miss Party Surprise, Playground Party

Produced by Toy Biz between 1999-2002, the Miss Party Surprise line included a variety of dolls and play sets full of accessories. To access the play set, a user had to place the doll into a large plastic skirt and twist the skirt open. Once open, the skirt transformed into a themed play set. Themes included baby party, beach party, bowling party, dance party, ice cream party, and makeup party, among others. Toy Biz marketed the play set as "a party full of fun surprises!"
