Executive Chef to the Presidency of the United States of America at the Camp David Resort and Conference Center, Martin CJ Mongiello, first started serving this recipe named after Dolley Payne Todd Madison in 1994. Once he became a Manager of the resort, he directed it's making with all of the Chefs there, in four different restaurants, kitchen's and galleys. It seemed like everyone enjoyed it! Since that time, he and his Chef wife, Stormy Mongiello entered into commercial production of it and offer it at The US Presidential Culinary Museum.
