Mold-blown double head flask of olive-green glass, the body blown into a three-part mold of two vertical sections joined to a disk-shaped base section. The janiform body rests on a flattened base. The neck and rim were free blown. The flaring neck ends with an outsplayed mouth and lip folded inwards.
