Obverse: Diademed head of Zeus or Minos in profile, facing right. Reverse: Apollo seated on a rock, with his head facing forwards and legs bent to his right; he wears boots and a tunic to his waist, and he holds a bow and arrows. His right hand rests on his bent right knee. Clockwise, to left of Apollo: inscribed, nearly illegibly, "ΓΟΡΤΥΝΙΩΝ" [Gortynion]. Beaded border.
