Dress fabric of roller printed cotton. On a dark pink-brown ground are printed stripes of flowers in red, pink, brown and a single green. The border stripe consists of a large bunch of flowers alternating with a spray of blossom set against a panel reserved in white spotted with brown. The narrow stripe has flowers with jagged outlines suggesting woven shawls or Berlin woolwork.
