Dysalotosaurus is the smallest herbivore dinosaur found in Tendaguru. The strong build and the length of its hind legs indicate that it was a swift runner and walking upright. As dozens of skeletons were found in a single excavation site, scientists think that the animals lived in herds. Protection in the group could have been an important survival strategy.
